Marinade for Grill

Ingredients

Yields 1 1/2 cups

  • 1 TBL    Brown Sugar

  • 1 TBL    Kosher Salt

  • 1 tsp      Oregano, Dry

  • 1 tsp      Granulated Garlic

  • 1 tsp      Granulated Onion

  • 1 tsp      Crushed Red Pepper

  • 1 tsp      Black Pepper

  • 2 TBL   Fresh Parsley, Chopped

  • 1 TBL    Dijon Mustard

  • 1 cup    Canola Oil

  • ¼ cup   Lemon Juice

  • 3 tbl      Rice Wine Vinegar

Method

  1. 1.        Place all ingredients together in a blender

    2.       Mix for 30- 45 seconds until emulsified

    3.       Portion into ½ cup servings and refrigerate for 5 days or freeze
