Bouquet Garnis
Ingredients
Yield - 1 bouquet will flavor 1 gallon of stock, soup, or stew
2–3 each leek halves or 2 pieces celery stalk
1 sprig thyme
1 bay leaf
4 parsley stems
Method
Stack the herbs together in a bundle, using the celery or leek to hold everything together.
Tie the butcher twine around the bundle leaving a long end to remove it from the stock.
